The Fine Print Facts

** Sending Already Prepared Artwork for Print.

It is essential to follow specific guidelines to ensure the best quality and accuracy of the final product. 

Here some requirements:

Vector Artwork: All artwork must be created in a vector based program and sent in original vector format. .pdf or .eps file is preferred. 

Fonts and Images: Fonts must be converted to outlines/curves, and all placed/linked images must be embedded or included separately. 
 
Resolution: .JPG, PNG, GIF & TIFF raster images or photographs and similar style files. 
Ensure that the artwork is minimum 300 DPI – 600 DPI for best results.
For Large Format Print – Images may need to be even higher depending on size required.
 
Color Management: All colors must be created as or converted to CMYK for printed products.
Spot or Pantone colors should be specifically identified, and white should be included if necessary. 
 
Bleed and Trim: Include bleed areas on all sides of the artwork to account for edge to edge printing. 
Trim marks should be included to indicate where to trim the final printed piece
